Following are terms and conditions for in-App purchases of applications by MGJ Interactive for purchasing in Japan as well as information about the seller. If you are to purchase in-App items in countries outside Japan, refer to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for your local App Store.

Terms and Conditions

Following terms are according to legal requirements in Japanese Act on Commercial Transactions and effective only in Japan. Contact via E-mail for more detail.

• Selling Price: Described in the product page of App Store or “About” screen for in-App purchase items.
• Timing and Means of Payment: As designated with the Apple ID account (detail).
• Time of Deliver: Immediate after the transaction with App Store succeeded.
• Conditions of Cancellation and Refund: According to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• System Requirements: Same as those for its parent application.
